Senior Camogie

The Clooney Quin ladies will be taking on Kilmaley in the semi final of the county camogie championship. Much preparation has been put in by both players and managers over the last few weeks and indeed months in anticipation of making it to a county semi final. A very big performance will be expected from the team on Saturday to over come Kilmaley and reach a county final. The girls put in a massive performance against Sixmilebridge four weeks ago and the same will be expected this Saturday afternoon. The game is scheduled to be played in Shannon's Camogie pitch at 1pm on Saturday, October 1st. Support for the team would be greatly appreciated by the players and management, so if you are free Saturday afternoon, Shannon is the place to be :-)

The senior camogie girls will be up against Newmarket-on-Fergus this Saturday, September 3rd, in the second round of the PK Coaches Senior Championship. This game is due to be played in Sixmilebridge at 5:00pm. The girls had a very strong performance in their first game against Sixmilebridge but with that behind them now their focus is on getting a result this Saturday against last years county champions. The girls would really appreciate your support on the day. Thanks!
