Board Accept Re-Grading of Intermediate Hurlers
At Tuesday evenings County Board Meeting,  Clooney-Quins request that our 2nd team be regraded to Junior "A" Championship status for 2011
was accepted by the Delegates.
In a letter from  Club Secretary, Michael McNamara, the Meeting heard that our Intermediate panel from 2010 has been badly hit due to the
Immigration of a number of prominent hurlers, along with long-term injuries to some key players.
As a result, the Clubs 2nd team were subsequently drawn in Group 2 of the Junior "A" Championship along with Whitegate, Inagh-Kilnamona, St. Josephs, Doora/Barefield
and Newmarket.
In Round 1, the opposition will be Whitegate, followed by Inagh-Kilnamona in Round 2, a Bye in Round 3, St. Josephs, Doora/Barefield in Round 4 and Newmarket in Round 5.
