The Seniors just about did enough to get the better of Clarecastle in Round 5 of the Clare Cup, to retain their 100% record, and, in the process, stayed at the top of the table in a closely fought game in Clooney this Monday evening, June 15th. The one-point winning margin reflected how tight the game was throughout, with goals from Cathal Egan and a Derek Ryan semi-penalty helping the Clooney/Quin lads to a 2-13 to 1-15 scoreline.
Report to follow.
