Abbey Stores in Quin are sponsoring an U-14 Tournament on Saturday 19th July, ’08 at Clooney Hurling Field.
We are proud to invite three teams from three great hurling counties namely Mullinahone from Tipperary, John Lockes from Kilkenny and Kinvara from Galway. We will be having a parade through the village at 12.00 noon headed by members of the Tulla Piper’s Band. We then go forward to Clooney/Quin GAA Field where the tournament will start at 1.00 o’clock with a Round Robin series of matches culminating in 2 finals. The “B” Final will be held at 3.30 p.m. and the “A” Final will be held at 3.45 p.m. This will be following by food and refreshments.
