Junior "A" Footballers Reach County Semi-Final

The Junior "A" football side left it late to secure a semi-final spot when they pipped Kilmihil in the County quarter-final played on Sunday last. There was little between the sides throughout the game, with Kilmihil a point to the good with time almost up. However, a late Kieran Ryan goal eased the Clooney/Quin lads into the semi-final on a 1-7 to 0-8 scoreline.
Next up are Naomh Eoin on Saturday week, with Kilmihil as the provisional venue.
