In the U16 'B' Championship final, Clooney Quin girls were defeated by West Clare Gaels on a scoreline of 1-3 to 1-8. The two teams were evenly matched with Clooney Quin leading by a point going into the last 10 minutes. However, West Clare Gaels proved the stronger team in the end.
