Under 13 Hurling Tournament Continues This Weekend

The Clooney-Quin U13 Tournament continues this Weekend with Round 3 taking place on this Saturday, October 15th.
Clooney/Quin take on neighbours, Tulla in Clooney at 12.30pm with the side in contention for a semi-final place.

Weekend Hurling Fixtures

The Clooney/Quin Senior hurlers take on Scarriff on Saturday in the quarter-final of the Senior "B" Championship in Tulla at 2PM.
On Sunday, the Junior "A" hurlers take on Newmarket in Round 5 of the Championship in Gurteen. This game also has a 2PM start.

This Weekends Adult Hurling Fixtures

Both Clooney/Quin Senior and Junior A hurlers are in action thisweekend.
On Saturday, the Junior A side take on St. Josephs,Doora/Barefield in Newmarket at 2PM while on Sunday the Seniors take on neighbours, Newmarket in Sixmilebridge at 4PM.

Hurling Fixtures Confirmed

A number of Hurling fixtures have been fixed for the coming number of days.
On this Saturday,  July 30th, the Junior A side travel to Eire Og to take on Inagh/Kilnamona at 4PM.
On Sunday, the Junior B side will also take on their Inagh/Kilnamona counterparts, this game to be played in Ruan with a 1.30PM throw-in time.
Due to the Clare Minor and Intermediate hurling sides All-Ireland semi-finals, there have been some changes to the dates for Round 3 of the Clare Senior Hurling Championship. It has been confirmed that Clooney/Quin are to play Ballyea on Tuesday week, August 9th in Clarecastle.

Hurling Championship Action This Weekend

This weekend the Junior A and B hurlers in Championship action, with
the Junior A's playing Whitegate on Saturday and the Junior B's taking
on Wolfe Tones on Sunday.
This weekend the Junior A and B hurlers are in Championship action, with the Junior A's playing Whitegate on Saturday in Bodyke at 4PM. The Junior B's take on Wolfe Tones on Sunday in Kilkishen at 1.30PM.

Weekend Adult Hurling Fixtures

This weekend sees both the Senior and Intermediate hurlers in League action.
The Intermediates, following their good win over Newmarket, are away to Meelick tomorrow, Friday July 1st. The game has a 7.30PM start. NOTE the change in date and start-time.
The Senior hurlers will play their Clare Cup Round 8 game on Sunday as Inagh-Kilnamona travel to take on Clooney-Quin in Clooney at 2PM. The team are still in contention for the knock-out stages with just two matches remaining.

Weekend Hurling Fixtures

The Clare hurling Leagues continue this weekend and early next week with both the Senior and Intermediate sides in action.
The Intermediates are at home in Clooney to Newmarket on Fergus on this Saturday evening next, June18th at 5pm. Please note a change in throw-in time for this game.
The Seniors in Clare Cup action on Tuesday June 21st at 7.30pm in Clooney when they too will play Newmarket on Fergus.
The side is currently on a great run of form in the Competition which has put them in the reckoning for a semi-final spot but will face a Newmarket side who are also at the head of the race for a knock-out spot. All support for the lads on Tuesday will be most welcome.

Senior Hurling Championship on Sunday

Its down to the serious business of the County Senior Hurling Championship this weekend as the local side make their first appearance in Round 2 of the Competition. The side will have a lot of work to do on Sunday as they take on no lesser opponents as the reigning County Champions, Crusheen. Its a tough assignment for the players, so a big support will be needed to help the team along. Sundays game takes place in Cusack Park at 7.15PM.
