On Saturday next, March 21st, the Friends of Clooney/Quin GAA will climb Galtymore in the Galty Mountains as they continue their preparations for climbing Carrauntoohil on April 18th...........
It is 919Meters to the summit of Galtymore.
Departure from Clooney/Quin GAA Grounds at 8AM. We will car-pool from here. Travel time is approx 1 hr 30 mins.
For those who are closer to Tipperary Town, we will meet at the Topaz filling station on the right hand side as we enter Tipperary town.

The Weather Forecast looks very good for Saturday, so get out for a pleasant days exercise before settling down for the Rugby game at 5.30PM.
