The defibrillator is now in place at the GAA pitch. The entire community is very grateful to Martin and Brigid Williams of 'Williams Concrete Products' for generously donating this AED.
Unlike most gifts, this is one that could possibly save a life - the greatest gift of all.
Martin and Brigid, on behalf of The Senior Club, The Minor Club, The Camogie and Ladies' Football Club, The Handball Club and all others who use the facilities, Thank You most sincerely.
The official presentation will take place on Tuesday evening next, September 2nd at 6.30PM.
It is positioned inside the main gate and we must insist that no ball playing takes place in this area.
