Plans are progressing apace as Clooney/Quin GAA Club prepare for Lá na gClub, GAA National Club Day on Sunday May 10th......
The Day will commence with a Special Mass in Quin Church at 11AM, followed by a Parade down the street of past and present hurlers, footballers, camogie and handballers. The Parade will catalogue the rich history of the Gaelic Athletic Association locally, with particular emphasis on teams who have captured County and Provincial titles over the 125 years of the GAA.
To complete the days events, a Fun Day will be held at the GAA Complex in Clooney, with all sorts of novel activities for the young and not so young, so mark this down in the Diary and get ready to have a fun-filled day, with thrills and spills for all the Community!
