Its a busy weekend on all fronts as the Minor, Senior,Intermediate and Junior "B" hurlers, along with the Senior Camogie side are in action in vital games.
Tomorrow, Friday, the Minors are away to Eire Og in a must-win game form the Clooney-Quin lads to advance to the knock-out stages. The Game has a 6PM start in Eire Og.
It could be described as "Super Sport Saturday" as there are four knock-out games down for decision.
At 12 noon, the Senior Camogie team take on Newmarket in the County semi-final in Clareabbey, while, an hour later at 1PM in Shannon, the Senior hurlers face Clonlara in a re-match of their quarter-final game last year at the same stage.
As evening falls, the Junior"B" side will face Sixmilebridge in a Quarter-Final Replay in Newmarket at 5PM. Note that there is no Admission Fee for this Replay.
To round-off the Weekend, The Intermediates will take on Sixmilebridge in the Quarter-Final of the County Championship in Shannon at 5.30PM.
Its a massive weekends action for the Ladies and Men of the Parish. All sides have made a massive effort all season in training and matches in preparation for theses knock-out games.
We ask all Supporters to get the flags and jerseys out and travel to these Venues and support the teams.
