The Clooney-Quin U13 Hurling Tournament, which is now in its 11th year, will take place during October and early November. This Tournament is proving very popular in the juvenile hurling calendar as clubs see it as an excellent means to prepare their teams for the U14 Championship in 2011.
This year, 29 hurling clubs have entered the Tournament with 3 clubs entering second teams given a total of 32 teams. The teams have been divided equally into four Divisions - The Abbey Stores Division 1, Bumblebee Creations Division 2,  Jim Casey Trophies Division 3 and the Kerry Agri-Business Division 4.
Within each division, their will be two groups and every team will play the other three teams in the group of three weekends leading to semi-finals and the finals which are scheduled for Saturday 6th November.
The Cup and Shields that will be presented for the winners of the these divisions will honour past Chairmen of Clooney-Quin, Seamus Reddan and Gerry Lee as well as former player, John O’Brien.
