U14A hurlers have three wins from three

The U14 hurlers have three wins from three games to date in the U14A championship. They beat 2019 Clare Féile champions St Josephs Doora Barefield in Gurteen last Friday in a very comprehensive win. They will play Smith O'Briens on Sunday, May 19th at 7pm in Clooney and Eire Og on Tuesday in Clooney at 6:30pm.

Considine Brothers in Handball action

Congratulations to David Considine, Clooney Quin U14,  who reached the U15 Plate Final in the 40x20 Junior Nationals at the weekend and lost out to a very strong player from Monaghan. Davids brother Séan competed at the 40x20 Junior Nationals in Armagh also at the weekend and Seán won 2 out of his 3 games in the U11s grade. Well done to the brothers.
