U8 hurlers are half way through their planned season. So far they have completed 18 training sessions and participated in 3 Go Games blitz. There was a massive turnout for Cul Camp at ClooneyQuin last week. Over 215 children turned up for the weeks football and hurling activities. This will probably be the largest Cul Camp in Clare in 2016. U 16 Hurling

Last Tuesday evening saw the beginning of the U 16 Championship.  Clooney boys took on visitors Feakle / Killanena.  The home side played good in the first half but the game was easily won by the visitors in the second half.  Final Score  Clooney Quin 2  8  Feakle / Killanena 6  12.

The U8 girls had another successful Clooney/Quin U8's camogie blitz last Saturday, and many thanks must go to our host, Newmarket-on-Fergus.
