Our Red Team played against Clarecastle in the Cuscak Park finals. In the group game Clarecastle came to Quin
and won well.
In Saturday’s final in the park, our Clooney Quin boys played a super match with great teamwork and disciplined
defense to emerge victorious on a scoreline of 2-10 to 2-6.
It was a very positive season for the boys and the club.
In all we had 36 players, most of whom played 7 full matches.
With 3 teams in action each week the boys played 24 matches, winning far more than were lost.
