“A new revision of the Clooney Quin Player Pathway has been distributed to all coaches involved with teams from U6 to U18. For those of you not familiar with the Player Pathway, it is a document that sets out the development goals for Clooney Quin players who participate consistently in our club throughout their juvenile years. The Player Pathway aims to serve as a guideline for coaches to ensure that training and development is age-appropriate, recognising that children have different development needs according to their age.

The revised content is updated according to feedback from Clooney Quin coaches who have been using the Player Pathway in 2014.
