The U14 hurling panel headed to Sixmilebridge last Friday evening in the hope of achieving the same result as the week previous which was a victory over the Bridge in Clooney. This visit to the Bridge was for the Féile competition but unfortunately they were unsuccessful and lost out by 2 points in the end after 10 minutes extra time. The A section of the Féile is a knock out competition and this loss in turn knocked our boys out of the competition. They fought bravely and should be very proud of their performance and competing at the highest level.

This Friday, May 6th they will travel to Clarecastle to see if they can continue their good run in the U14 Championship.  This should be an interesting game as like Clooney Quin, Clarecastle have played 3 , won 2 and lost 1. All to play for !!!!!
