Clooney Quin hosted an U8 football blitz last Saturday 20th June 2015. 33 eager footballers turned up on the day. We fielded 3 teams and the other competing clubs were Meelick and Wolfe Tones who each had one team. A very high standard of football was made even more enjoyable by the superb catering provided by the Clooney Quin parents. The improvement in the boys as the season progresses is wonderful to see and a credit to their management. Training continues every Monday from 6- 7pm and new members are always welcome.
