For our final U8 session, our girls took part in a Super Skills Challenge! This involved 7 skills tests at seven different stations. Skills included: Ground Striking, Catching, Striking in the Air, Roll and Jab lift, Tapping ball on the hurley.
Thanks to Martin, Grainne, Flora, Paddy, Roisin and Sinead who each took a group of two/three girls around the skills circuit. The girls did very well, showing great improvement over the course of the season.
All 16 players were presented with medals by the club and also received goodie bags. A really fun morning was has, thanks to Lianda, Brid and all who helped out on the day! Deirdre Murphy
