While the main result of the day did not go Clare’s way last Sunday the club had much to cheer about in the Primary Games.  Cliodhna Ryan played for the Camogie selection on the day and these were successful in their outing defeating Limerick. Sheelagh Daffy was a selector with the team.
Best of luck to Ciara Halpin, Sinead McGee and Moya Dunne as they represent Clooney-Quin on the Clare U14 camogie team traveling to Cork for the Inter County U14 James Hurley Blitz on Saturday.
Recently also Alice Larkin, Caoimhe Leamy, Ciara O’Connor, Lauren SLattery and Cliodhna Ryan were part of a Clare Camogie Primary Development Squad that travelled to play as part of a development blitz on the day of the Munster Senior Camogie finals in Cashel.
We hope to continue to see further representation from the club in the weeks ahead, good luck to all.

U14 Club Camogie feile skills finals were held in Clooney last weekend.  Club girls competed against the points system for ground striking, free taking, point scoring, goal scoring and long puc.
The winner was Sinead McGee with Moya Dunne second and Emma Considine third.
Well done girls
